dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je analyzovat výběr a hodnocení dodavatelů a navrhnout zlepšení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje nákup a dodavatele. Dále následují vybrané metody pro výběr a hodnocení dodavatelů. Praktická část představuje firmu TONERCENTRUM, s.r.o., kritéria a analýzy pro výběr a hodnocení dodavatelů a návrh zlepšení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis is to analyse the selection and evaluation of suppliers and to suggest improvements. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes purchasing and suppliers. It is followed by selected methods for supplier selection and evaluation. The practical part presents the company TONERCENTRUM, s.r.o., criteria and analyses for selection and evaluation of suppliers and suggestion for improvement.
