Diplomová práce je zaměřena na financování investičního záměru ve vybrané společnosti, zhodnocení efektivnosti jednotlivých variant a výběr té nejoptimálnější. V první, teoretické části práce je zpracována literární rešerše z odborné literatury zaměřující se na investice, zdroje financování, hodnocení efektivnosti investic a finanční analýzu. Praktická část nabízí představení společnosti a detailní finanční analýzu stavu podniku. V projektové části je charakterizován investiční záměr a jednotlivé varianty financování. Výstupem celého projektu je vyhodnocení a navrhnutí nejefektivnější varianty financování. |

The master's thesis focuses on the financing of the investment project in the selected company, evaluation of the effectiveness of individual options and selection of the most optimal one. In the first, theoretical part of the thesis, a literature search from the professional literature focusing on investments, sources of financing, evaluation of investment efficiency and financial analysis is prepared. The practical part offers an introduction of the company and a detailed financial analysis of the company's condition. The project part characterizes the investment plan and the different financing options. The output of the project is the evaluation and proposal of the most efficient financing option. |
