dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá činností Aktivní zálohy ozbrojených sil České republiky, přičemž teoretická část obecně popisuje stav záloh v historickém období moderních dějin. Následují zákony zajišťující obranu České republiky, profesionalizace armády, postupné utváření záloh včetně stavu, kdy se Aktivní záloha stala plnohodnotnou složkou ozbrojených sil České republiky. Poté je pojednáno o koncepci výstavby Aktivní zálohy do roku 2030, její charakteristice, organizaci, s následným statusem záloh v některých zemích Evropy v rámci Severoatlantické aliance. Praktická část pak na základě dotazníkového průzkumu zkoumá problematiku motivace občanů ke vstupu do Aktivní zálohy, a to z hlediska stavu společnosti v důležitých aspektech politicko-sociologických.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor´s thesis deals with the activities of the Active Reserves of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, while the theoretical part generally describes the state of the reserves in the historical period of modern history. It is followed by the laws ensuring the defence of the Czech Republic, the professionalisation of the army, the gradual formation of the Reserves, including the state when the Active Reserve became a full-fledged component of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic. Then, the concept of the Active Reserve construction until 2030, its characteristics, organisation, with the subsequent status of the Reserves in some European countries within the North Atlantic Alliance is discussed. The practical part then examines the issue of citizens' motivation to join the Active Reserve, based on a questionnaire survey, in terms of the state of society in important political and sociological aspects.
