Cílem této diplomové práce je zlepšit hospodaření obce Lukov realizací vybraného investičního záměru. Teoretická část se v úvodu zaměřuje na pojem obec jako základní článek územní samosprávy, charakterizuje funkce a orgány obce, rozpočtové hospodaření a dává přehled o ukazatelích finanční analýzy, které lze aplikovat na obec. V praktické části je provedena velmi podrobná analýza rozpočtové hospodaření, tedy příjmů a výdajů obce v jednotlivých letech a následně je provedena finanční analýza obce. V závěru práce dochází k celkovému zhodnocení hospodaření obce a jsou zde představeny investiční záměry, které by měly zlepšit hospodaření obce a také život obyvatel v obci. |

The purpose of this graduate work is the improvement of the economic affairs of the Lukov municipality through the realisation of a chosen investment plan. The preliminary theorectical part concentrates on defining the municipality as a fundamental component of regional autonomy, characterizes the function and authorities of the municipality, it's economical budgeting and offers an overview of the financial analyses which can by applied by the municipality. The practical part contains a very detailed analysis of economical budgeting, i.e. the municipality's revenues and expenditures over each year, followed by a financial analysis of the municipality. The conclusion of this work comprises a valuation of the municipality's budgeting as well as introducing investment plans which should improve the municipality's economical affairs and the standard of life for inhabitants therein. |
