dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je věnována Integrovanému záchrannému systému v České republice. Teoretická část práce je orientovaná na problematiku v oblasti krizového řízení v České republice. Dále se věnuje Integrovanému záchrannému sytému České republiky, jeho složkám a také definuje činnost řízení jednotlivých složek IZS. Další část je věnována hromadnému neštěstí a krizovým stavům. Praktická část práce je určena konkrétní mimořádné události s větším množstvím zraněných z hlediska působení jednotek integrovaného záchranného systému a dle získaných výsledků z analýzy je sepsán návrh opatření ke zlepšení současného stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is dedicated to the Integrated Rescue System in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the work is oriented towards issues in the field of crisis management in the Czech Republic. It also deals with the Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic, its components and also defines the management of individual components of the IRS. Another part is dedicated to mass disasters and crisis situations. The practical part of the work is determined by specific extraordinary events with a large number of injured from the point of view of the operation of units of the integrated rescue system, and according to the results obtained from the analysis, a proposal for measures to improve the current situation is drawn up.
