dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na připravenost jednotek požární ochrany při řešení mimořádných situací. Největší pozornost práce je zaměřena na lesní požáry. Teoretická část se věnuje právním předpisům, mimořádným událostem, integrovanému záchrannému systému a jednotkám požární ochrany. Praktická část je věnována charakteristice Moravskoslezského kraje a okresu Bruntál, a to z důvodu, že autor se zaměřil na připravenost jednotek právě v této části České republiky. Pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, What-if analýzy a SWOT analýzy bylo dosaženo k definování možných rizik spojených s lesními požáry. V závěru práce jsou zpracovány návrhy pro zdokonalení připravenosti jednotek požární ochrany na lesní požáry.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the preparedness of fire protection units in dealing with emergency situations. The main focus of the thesis is on forest fires. The theoretical part is devoted to legal regulations, emergencies, integrated rescue system and fire protection units. The practical part is devoted to the characteristics of the Moravian-Silesian Region and the Bruntál District, because the author focused on the preparedness of units in this part of the Czech Republic. By means of semi-structured interview, What-if analysis and SWOT analysis it was achieved to define possible risks associated with forest fires. The thesis concludes with suggestions for improving the preparedness of fire protection units for forest fires.
