dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vstupu společnosti JELÍNEK-TRADING spol. s r.o. na slovenský trh. Téma je zpracováváno v kontextu se zvyšujícím se podílem zahra-ničního obchodu v celkovém hospodaření společnosti a zvyšováním konkurenceschopnosti plastikářského průmyslu v zlínském regionu. Analýzou možností má práce pomoci vstupu společnosti na slovenský trh, konkrétně expanzí produktů kompostérů a kompostovacích sil. Práce shrnuje teoretické poznatky o strategickém a marketingovém rozhodování při vstupu na zahraniční trhy. Druhá část bakalářské práce obsahuje analýzu situace na sloven-ském trhu s kompostéry a současně analýzu výchozího stavu společnosti před plánovanou expanzi na nový trh. Na základě provedených analýz je stanoveno několik doporučení, jak efektivně provést strategické rozšíření působnosti společnosti na slovenském trhu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor work deals with the question of the entry of the JELINEK TRADING Ltd to the Slovak market. This topic is elaborated in the context of raising proportion of the for-eign market in the overall company' s economy; and growth of competitive strength in the plastic industry in the region of Zlin. This work is a conception of the analysis of the mar-ket entry opportunities of this company to the Slovak market, specifically, by the expansion of the composters and composting silos products. Besides, it sums up the theoretical knowledge about the strategic and marketing decision making when entering the foreign markets. The second parts of the bachelor work contains the analysis of the situations in the Slovak market with composters and gardening products and also the analysis of the starting position of the company before the planned expansion to the new market. Based on the analysis made, there are several recommendations about how to make an effective strategic expansion of the company' s field of action in the Slovak market.	en
