dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na Správu ozbrojených sil. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace týkající se bezpečnosti České republiky, jsou zde definovány ozbrojené síly České republiky, přesněji Vojenská kancelář prezidenta České republiky, Hradní stráž a Armáda České republiky. Poslední kapitola teoretické části obsahuje právní normy týkající se problematiky ozbrojených sil. Praktická část se zaměřuje na strukturu, materiální a personální zabezpečení Armády České republiky. V navazujících kapitolách je popsáno Ministerstvo obrany a Generální štáb České republiky. Poslední a hlavní kapitola praktické části se věnuje dotazníkovému šetření, které bylo prováděno s příslušníky zvolené konkrétní armádní jednotky a v neposlední řadě jsou zde uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení stávajícího stavu ozbrojených sil.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis focuses on the Administration of the Armed Forces. The theoretical part contains basic information regarding the security of the Czech Republic, the armed forces of the Czech Republic are defined here, more precisely the Military Office of the President of the Czech Republic, the Castle Guard and the Army of the Czech Republic. The last chapter of the theoretical part contains legal norms related to the issue of the armed forces. The practical part focuses on the structure, material and personnel security of the Army of the Czech Republic. The following chapters describe the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of the Czech Republic. The last and main chapter of the practical part is devoted to a questionnaire survey, which was carried out with members of the chosen specific army unit, and last but not least, proposals for improving the current state of the armed forces are presented here.
