dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany obyvatelstva před zoonózami. Teoretická část práce vychází především z platných právních norem, odborných monografií a vědeckých článků. Obsahově je v teoretické části řešena problematika ochrany obyvatelstva při epizootii a problematika zoonóz, která je popsána obsáhleji v porovnání s ostatní problematikou. Pro praktickou část jsou stěžejní strukturované rozhovory s veterinárními lékaři. Na základě informací získaných z rozhovorů jsou navržena konkrétní opatření. Dále je pomocí metody výběru optimální varianty vybráno a popsáno nejlepší možné opatření ze všech navržených.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the issue of protection of the population against zoonoses. The theoretical part of the thesis is based mainly on valid legal norms, professional monographs and scientific articles. The content of the theoretical part deals with the problém of protection of the population during epizootics and the problem of zoonoses, which is considered from a wide spectrum. Structured interviews with veterinarians are central to the practical part. Based on the information obtained from the interviews, specific measures are proposed. Then, using the optimal option selection method, the best possible measure is selected and described among all the proposed ones.
