dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce řeší problematiku využívání kamerových systémů Policií České republiky. V teoretické části je představena Policie České republiky a její jednotlivé služby, dále jsou popsány jednotlivé druhy používaných kamerových systémů a v závěru teoretické části je porovnán právní rámec řešené problematiky v České republice a na Slovenku. V praktické části jsou posouzeny používané druhy kamerových systémů z pohledu možnosti využití při odhalování a objasňování trestné činnosti, následně je provedeno posouzení rizik procesu kamerového záznamu a k řešené problematice byla zpracována případová studie. Pro podporu řešení diplomové práce byly využity především metody komparace, pozorování, kazuistika, modelování a panelová diskuze. Na základě posouzení druhů a možných rizik provozování kamerových systémů byl navrhnut kamerový systém pro vybranou obec a vytvořen přehled možností, za jakých podmínek lze realizovat a provozovat kamerový systém v souladu s právními normami.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the use of camera systems by the Police of the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, the Police of the Czech Republic and its individual services are introduced, then the individual types of camera systems used are described, and at the end of the theoretical part, the legal framework of the solved problem in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia is compared. In the practical part, the types of camera systems used are assessed from the point of view of the possibility of use in detecting and clarifying criminal activity, then an assessment of the risks of the camera recording process is carried out and a case study was prepared for the problem being addressed. The methods of comparison, observation, case study, modeling and panel discussion were mainly used to support the solution of the thesis. Based on an assessment of the types and possible risks of operating camera systems, a camera system was designed for the selected municipality and an overview of the possibilities was created under which conditions the camera system can be implemented and operated in accordance with legal standards.
