dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou plošné evakuace obyvatelstva. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši na téma plošná evakuace. Dále se autor zabývá problematikou způsobu provádění, organizování a řízení plošné evakuace a jejím odborným zabezpečením a plánováním. V praktické části je provedena aplikace teoretických poznatků na konkrétní obec s důrazem na posouzení současného stavu řešené problematiky ve vybrané obci a posouzení možných rizik ve vybrané obci, která mohou vést k evakuaci. Dále pak praktická část obsahuje návrh evakuace vybrané obce a posouzení rizik samotné evakuace vybrané obce a návrhy na jejich minimalizaci.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the area evacuation of the population. The theoretical part includes a literature search on the topic of area evacuation. Then the author deals with the issue of the way of implementation, organization and management of the area evacuation and its professional security and planning. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge is applied to a specific municipality with an emphasis on the assessment of the current state of the problem in the selected municipality and the assessment of possible risks in the selected municipality that may lead to evacuation. Furthermore, the practical part contains a proposal for the evacuation of the selected municipality and an assessment of the risks of the evacuation of the population of the selected municipality and proposals for their minimalization.
