Tato diplomová práce se zabývá procesem implementace nového ERP systému ve vybraném podniku se zaměřením na zefektivnění finančních procesů. Hlavním cílem je navrhnout postup implementace systému do podniku a doporučit způsob hodnocení výkonnosti finančních procesů a v neposlední řadě zjistit ekonomickou efektivnost investičního projektu. Návrhu implementace předcházela důkladná analýza současného stavu a požadavků na nový systém. Dále jsou v práci použity analytické metody jako SWOT analýza, metoda RIPRAN k hodnocení a řízení rizik a metody čisté současné hodnoty, vnitřního výnosového procenta a další nástroje finančního managementu. |

This thesis deals with the process of implementation of a new ERP system in a selected company with a focus on streamlining financial processes. The main objective is to propose the implementation plan of the system in the company and to recommend a method of evaluating the performance of financial processes and, finally, to determine the economic efficiency of the investment project. The implementation proposal was preceded by a thorough analysis of the current situation and requirements for the new system. Furthermore, analytical methods such as SWOT analysis, RIPRAN method for risk assessment and management, and net present value, internal rate of return and other financial management tools are used in the paper. |
