dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na odhalení a zamezení drogové trestné činnosti, distribuci drog přes hranice a na ulici. V teoretické části jsou ukázány druhy převážených drog a jejich množství za sledované období. Dále jsou u jednotlivých látek uvedeny vlivy na lidský organismus. Praktická část se zaměřuje na jednotlivé orgány státu, a jejich prostředky, které slouží k odhalování drogové trestné činnosti a zamezení vstupu přes hranice. Je zde zařazena kynologická činnost, která je nepostradatelná při pátrání po omamných nebo psychotropních látek.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on the detection and prevention of drug crime, drug distribution across borders and on the street. The theoretical part shows the types of drugs transported and their amount for the observed period. Furthermore, the effects on the human body are listed for individual substances. The practical part foscuses on the various state authorities and their means, which are used to detect drug crime and prevent cross-border entry. It includes cynological activities that are indispensable in the search for narcotic or psychotropic substances.
