dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá ergonomii ve výrobní hale. Teoretická část se soustředí na popis problematiky ergonomie, její rozdělení, historii tohoto oboru a také na náležitosti správně navrhnutého ergonomického pracovního místa. V praktické části autor popisuje aktuální stav výrobní haly ve společnosti ZLKL, poté se soustředí na konkrétní pracovní místo, u kterého pomocí analýz Rula a Checklist vyhodnotí kritické jevy, kterým je navrženo opatření a inovace pro zlepšení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with ergonomics in the production hall. The theoretical part focuses on the description of ergonomics its division, the history of this field and the essentials of a properly designed ergonomic workplace. In the partical part, the author describes the current state of the production hall in the company ZLKL, then focuses on a specific workplace, which uses the analysis Rula and Checklist to evalute critical phenomena, which as propesed measures and innovations for improvement.
