dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce má téma "Analýza bezpečnostních rizik firmy zaměřené na recyklaci plastů". Vybranou firmou pro tuto tématiku je firma Maloun, s.r.o. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy v souvislosti s danou problematikou a vysvětlení problematiky pro navazující praktickou část. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu rizik z určitého pohledu a je zpracovávána za účasti osob, které znají a pracují s předmětem této analýzy. Mimo analýzu rizik jsou zde informace o vybrané firmě a pracovišti spojeného s analýzou. Je zde popsán i proces více způsoby pro lepší pochopení. Na závěr jsou zde doporučené návrhy na opatření i ty, které se netýkají analýzy, ale jsou návazné na předmět analýzy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the bachelor thesis is " Analysis of Security Risks of a Company Focused on Plastic Recycling". The selected company for this topic is Maloun, s.r.o. The thesis contains a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the concepts related to the given issue and the explanation of the issue for the following practical part. The practical part contains the risk analysis from a certain perspective and is made with the participation of persons who have the knowledge and work with the subject of this analysis. Besides the risk analysis, there is information about the selected company and workplace associated with the analysis. The process is also described in multiple ways for better understanding. At the end there are recommended suggestions for measures as well as those that are not related to the analysis but are related to the subject of the analysis.
