dc.description.abstract	Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout optimální způsob financování investičního záměru ve vybrané společnosti, a to pomocí bankovního úvěru nebo finančního leasingu. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části. Teoretická část definuje investice, jejich klasifikaci a metody hodnocení efektivnosti, dále financování investic zejména bankovním úvěrem a finančním leasingem a rovněž se zabývá tématem finanční analýzy. Praktická část obsahuje představení vybrané společnosti a zhodnocení finanční situace pomocí finanční analýzy. Poté je charakterizován investiční záměr společnosti a navrhnuty varianty financování od různých finančních institucí. Závěrem praktické části je doporučení nejvhodnější varianty financování.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main aim of the diploma thesis is to find the optimal way of financing the investment intent in the selected company by using bank credit or financial leasing. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines investments, their classification and evaluation methods investment efficiency, investment financing, especially bank credit and financial leasing and also deals with the theme of financial analysis. The practical part includes introduction of the selected company and evaluation of the financial situation by using financial analysis. Then the investment intention of the company is characterized and financing options from various financial institutions are proposed. The conclusion of the practical part is the recommendation of the most suitable financing option
