dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem standardizovaného pracoviště ve vybrané společnosti. Hlavním cílem této práce je s využitím metody 5S navrhnout standardizovanou podobu pracoviště, jenž bude odpovídat potřebným požadavkům. Teoretická část se věnuje zpracování literární rešerše na problematiku související s tématem práce. Navazující praktická část je rozdělena na analytickou část, která identifikuje specifické požadavky související se vznikem pracoviště a část návrhovou, která je založena na vytvoření návrhu pracoviště pomocí metody 5S. Součástí práce je také závěrečné zhodnocení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of a standardize a workplace in a selected company. The main goal of this thesis is to propose a standardize a form of the workplace by using of the 5S method, which will meet the necessary requirements. The theoretical part is devoted to the processing of literary research on matters related to the topic of the thesis. The follow-up practical part is divided into an analytical part, which identifies specific requirements related to the creation of the workplace and proposal part, which is based on the creation of a proposal of a workplace using the 5S method. The thesis also includes the final evaluation.
