Tato diplomová práce se zabývá gumárenskými plnivy a jejich povrchovou modifikací. Použitý kalcinovaný kaolin FILEMON P05 byl modifikován různými činidly a vmíchán do kaučukové směsi styrenbutadienového kaučuku (SBR). V první části této práce je zpracována charakteristika o složení kaučukových směsích a plnivech. V dalším oddílu teoretické části je vypracován přehled o povrchové modifikaci kaolinu z vědeckých článků a literatury. Ve druhé části této práce jsou popsány zkoušky, metody a zařízení, které byly použity při zkoušení modifikovaného kaolinu v gumárenských směsích. Stěžejní část této práce je zaměřena na výsledky měření, hodnocení výsledků a závěr. |

This master thesis deals with rubber fillers and their surface modification. Used calcined kaolin FILEMON P05 was modification different test solution and mix in the rubber compounds styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR). The first part of this work the characteristic about rubber compounds constitution and filler was done. Next section of theoretic parts the overview of surface modification of kaolin from different scientific article and literature was done. In the second parts of this work the tests, method and arrangement are describe, which at the tests modified kaolin in the rubber compounds were used. The considerable part this work deals with results testing, results evaluation and conclusion. |
