Předmětem a cílem bakalářské práce je vysvětlení pojmu domácího násilí jeho znaků, druhů, cyklu, příčin, mýtů a vymezení právního rámce k dané problematice. Dále se práce zabývá charakteristikou násilných a ohrožených osob, prevencí a řešením neboli ochranou před domácím násilím za pomocí institucí poskytující pomoc obětem domácího násilí. Rozebírá postup Policie ČR v případě oznámení domácího násilí spolu s bezpečnostním plánem a institutem vykázání, jako jednu z forem ochrany obětí před domácím násilí včetně jeho vyhodnocení a zejména na základě rozhovorů s oběťmi domácího násilí, navrhuje úvahy de lege ferenda směřující ke kontrole domácího násilí v České republice. |

The subject and aim of the bachelor thesis is to explain the concept of domestic violence of its signs, types, cycle, causes, myths and the definition of the legal framework for the given issue. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the characteristics of violent and endangered persons, prevention and solution, or protection against domestic violence with the help of institutions providing assistance to victims of domestic violence. It discusses the procedure of the Police of the Czech Republic in the case of notification of domestic violence together with the security plan and the institute of expulsion, as one of the forms of protection of victims from domestic violence, including its evaluation and especially on the basis of interviews with victims of domestic violence, proposes de lege ferenda considerations aimed at controlling domestic violence in the Czech Republic. |
