dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práca sa zaoberá projektom zlepšenia finálnych procesov vnútropodnikovej logistiky. Teoretická časť je spracovaná formou literárnej rešerše v oblasti logistiky, štíhleho podniku a vybraných metód priemyselného inžinierstva, z ktorej sú následne stanovené teoretické východiská pre praktickú časť. V rámci praktickej časti autor zanalyzoval, popísal a zhodnotil súčasný stav pracoviska expedície a za pomoci vybraných metód priemyselného inžinierstva a štíhleho myslenia identifikoval potenciály na zlepšenie finálnych procesov, ktoré bližšie definuje v projektovej časti. Záver práce popisuje ekonomické zhodnotenie navrhovaných opatrení s ďalšími potencionálnymi možnosťami zefektívnenia finálnych procesov na pracovisku expedície.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the project of improving the final processes of internal logistics. The theoretical part is processed in the form of a literature search in the field of logistics, lean business and selected methods of industrial engineering, from which the theoretical basis for the practical part is subsequently determined. In the practical part, the author analyzed, described and evaluated the current state of the expedition workplace and with the help of selected methods of industrial engineering and lean thinking he identified potentials to improve the final processes, which he defines in more detail in the project part. The conclusion describes the economic evaluation of the proposed measures with other potential options for streamlining the final processes at the workplace of the expedition.
