dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu získávání a výběru pracovníků ve společnosti VIVA CV s.r.o., jejichž hlavním předmětem podnikání je obrábění. Cílem práce je na základě provedené analýzy zpracovat návrhy a doporučení pro danou firmu. Práce je koncipována do dvou částí, a to na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány poznatky z rozboru literárních zdrojů, jež jsou zásadní pro pochopení systému získávání a výběru pracovníků. Na poznatky získané z odborné literatury navazuje praktická část. V praktické části je nejprve představena společnost, následně je pak provedena analýza procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Poznatky z analýzy jsou poté využity v kvalitativních rozhovorech se zaměstnanci. Na závěr jsou v praktické části představeny návrhy a doporučení, které by měly vést ke zlepšení procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of recruitment and selection of employees in the company VIVA CV s.r.o., whose main business is machining. The aim of the work is based on the analysis to develop proposals and recommendations for the company. The thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part deals with knowledge from the analysis of literary sources, which are essential for understanding the recruitment and selection system. The practical part builds on the knowledge gained from the theoretical part. At first, the company is introduced in the practical part, subsequently, an analysis of the process of recruitment and a selection of employees is performed. The findings of the analysis are then used in a qualitative interview with employees. Finally, the practical part presents proposals and recommendations that should lead to an improvement of the process of recruitment and selection of employees.
