dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vypracování projektu k založení agentury domácí péče ve Zlínském kraji. Cílem je vytvoření komplexního projektu, který bude sloužit jednak pro zjištění jeho realizovatelnosti, ale také jako podklad k vyjednávání se zdravotními pojišťovnami. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou definovány potřebné pojmy a charakteristiky nutné k části praktické. Praktická část se skládá z analýzy prostředí organizace a vypracování vlastního projektu k založení agentury domácí péče.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis focuses on development of a project for the establishment of a home care agency in the Zlin region. The aim is to create a comprehensive project which will serve to determine its feasibility but also as a basis for negotiations with health insurance companies. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines the necessary concepts and characteristics required for the practical part. The practical part consists of an analysis of the organisation's environment and development of the actual project to establish a home care agency.
