dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá vzděláváním seniorů v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva v České republice. Cílem práce je zjištění současného stavu vzdělávání seniorů v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva v České republice. Teoretická část se věnuje stáří, seniorům a ochraně obyvatelstva. Praktická část analyzuje současný stav vzdělávání seniorů v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva. K analýze jsou využita data z primárních zdrojů Hasičského záchranného sboru České republikcy, Koncepcí ochrany obyvatelstva a data z dotazníkového šetření provedeného na vzorku seniorů. Díky analýze byly definovány jednotlivé nedostatky i klady vzdělávání seniorů a v návaznosti na ně byl vypracován návrh Strategie vzdělávání seniorů v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva do roku 2030.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the education of seniors in the field of population protection in the Czech Republic. The bachelor's thesis aims to identify the current state of education of seniors in the field of population protection in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis focuses on old age, seniors, and population protection. In the practical part, there is analysed the current state of education of seniors in the field of population protection. The data from the primary sources of the Fire Rescue Service od the Czech Republic, the data from the Population Protection Conceptions, and the data from a conducted questionnaire survey on a senior sample are used for the analysis. Based on the analysis. The Strategy of Education of Seniors in the Field of Population Protection by 2030 was proposed.
