Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou analýzy rizik ve vybraném start-up projektu. Je rozdělena na 2 části. První část, teoretická, se zaobírá teorií projektu a projektového managementu, analýzy rizik a jejím místě v řízení rizik a v projektovém managmentu, start-upu a jeho základních vlastností. Závěr teoretické části popisuje cíl a metody použité v této práci. Konkrétně jsou použity SWOT analýza, metoda RIPRAN a skórovací metoda s mapou rizik. Ve druhé, praktické části, je popsán konkrétní start-up projekt, u něhož jsou použity metody k určení rizikových faktorů, příležitostí, hrozeb, silných a slabých stránek. Získané informace napomohly k návrhu opatření, jež vedou k eliminaci rizik vybraného start-up projektu. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of risk analysis in a selected start-up project. It is divided into 2 parts. The first part, theoretical, deals with the theory of project and project management, risk analysis and its place in risk management and project management, start-up and its basic properties. The conclusion of the theoretical part describes the goal and methods used in this work. Specifically, SWOT analysis, RIPRAN method and scoring method with risk map are used. In the second, practical part, a specific start-up project is described, for which methods are used to determine risk factors, opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses. The information obtained helped to destermine measures that lead to the elimination of risks in the selected start-up project. |
