dc.description.abstract	Předmětem diplomové práce Projekt na rozšíření podnikání z organizačního hlediska ve vybrané společnosti je návrh nové organizační struktury v souvislosti s jejím personálním rozšířením. Součástí práce je také zaměření na péči o zaměstnance s cílem minimalizovat riziko fluktuace. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky z oblasti strategie a struktury organizací, stylu vedení a postupy pro výběr zaměstnanců. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu vybrané společnosti z oblasti zdravotnictví, návrh nové organizační struktury, personální rozšíření a podklady k sestavení dokumentů pro výběr, adaptaci, hodnocení a motivaci pracovníků.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis Project for Business Expansion of Organizational structure of the selected company deals with the design of a new organizational structure regarding its staff expansion. The thesis also deals with the issues of taking care of employees in order to minimize the staff turnover. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge of strategy and structure of organizations, management style and procedures regarding employee selection. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the selected medical company, the design of a new organizational structure, the personnel extension and draft documents for the selection, adaptation, evaluation and motivation of employees.
