dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku ochrany kulturních památek. Cílem práce je zhodnocení role obcí při ochraně kulturních památek a formulace možných doporučení pro vybranou obec. V rámci praktické části byl za pomoci nestandardizovaných rozhovorů a časové osy analyzován současný stav a nástroje ochrany kulturních památek na území obce Hrubá Vrbka. Nejpřínosnějším výstupem práce je zavedení souhrnné evidence kulturních památek a objektů se zvýšeným památkovým zájmem, které jsou chráněny ochranným pásmem. Evidence byla vytvořena za účelem zrychlení a zefektivnění jednání s vlastníky kulturních památek, Národním památkovým ústavem či hejtmanem kraje. Dále jako souhrnný přehled o stavu těchto objektů. Užitečnost této evidence potvrzuje zpětná vazba obecního úřadu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of the protection of cultural monuments. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the role of municipalities in the protection of cultural monuments and to formulate possible recommendations for the selected municipality. Within the practical part, the current state, and tools for the protection of cultural monuments in the territory of Hrubá Vrbka were analysed using non-standardized interviews and a timeline. The most beneficial output of the work is the introduction of a comprehensive register of cultural monuments and buildings with an increased heritage interest, which are protected by a protection zone. The register was created to speed up and streamline negotiations with the owners of cultural monuments, the National Heritage Institute, or the Governor. Furthermore, as a summary of the status of these objects. The usefulness of this register is confirmed by the feedback of the municipal authority.
