dc.description.abstract	Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá návrhom webovej aplikácie pre informačnú podporu v oblasti ochrany obyvateľstva. Pri riešení sa zameriava na návrh dátového modelu, použiteľného pri výstavbe webovej stránky. Prvá časť práce je venovaná popisu súčasného stavu ochrany obyvateľstva, ďalej tiež teoretickému základu dátového modelovania a webového designu. V praktickej časti sú uvedené výsledky multi - kriteriálneho hodnotenia krajských webových stránok v predmetnej oblasti; nasleduje dotazníkové šetrenie s interpretáciou výsledkov a testovanými hypotézami. Ďalej je predstavená služba krízovej komunikácie a jej hustota pokrytia na území Českej republiky. Na základe návrhu je popísaný postup tvorby dátového modelu. Záverom práce sú formulované navrhované opatrenia na zlepšenie súčasného stavu informačnej podpory ochrany obyvateľstva v Českej republike.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis solves the design of web application for information support in population protection. It is focused on the data model design, which can be used in website construction. The current state of population protection, theory of data modelling and web design are described in the first part of the thesis. The experimental part describes results of multi - criteria evaluation of regional web pages about population protection. The survey with interpretation of results and tested hypotheses follows. Further, service of crisis communication and its coverage density of Czech Republic is introduced. Based on the design, the process of creating a data model is described. At the end of the thesis are formulated proposed measures to improve the current state of information support for the population protection in the Czech Republic.
