Podstatu této diplomové práce tvoří seznámení se s osobností studenta učitelství pro mateřské školy v rovině teoretické i praktické. Právě osobnost studenta je podstatnou součástí jeho budoucího výchovného procesu v roli učitele mateřské školy a také nezbytně souvisí úspěšným výchovným působením pedagoga na dítě. Nejprve jsou zpracována teoretická východiska práce, odborné zdroje, a na tomto základě je potom provedena výzkumná část práce. Také je zde popsána typologie osobnosti podle MBTI. Hlavním cílem praktické části diplomové práce je pomocí hlavního a doplňkového výzkumného šetření zjistit a zhodnotit, které osobnostní typy MBTI převládají u studentek učitelství pro mateřské školy. Praktická část této práce obsahuje stručný popis vzorku respondentů, předpokládaných výsledků výzkumu a jejich následné vyhodnocení. V neposlední řadě je zde srovnání výsledků výzkumu této práce s výsledky výzkumu prováděném v Hong Kongu a Texasu. |

The essence of this diploma thesis is to get acquainted with the personality of a student of teaching for kindergartens on a theoretical and practical level. It is the student's personality that is an essential part of his future educational process as a kindergarten teacher. First, the theoretical basis of the work and sources are elaborated, and on this basis the research part of the work is performed. The MBTI personality typology is also described here. The main goal of the practical part of the diploma thesis is to use the main and supplementary research to find out and evaluate which personality types of MBTI predominate among students of kindergarten teaching. The practical part of this work contains a brief description of a sample of respondents, the expected results of the research and their subsequent evaluation. Finally, there is a comparison of the research results of this work with the results of research conducted in Hong Kong and Texas. |
