Tato diplomová práce se zabývá grafickým zpracováním kuchařky, ilustrace, fotografie na základě vlastní receptury tradičního gruzínského jídla. Teoretická část se zabývá historií kulinářského rozvoje a historií vzniku kuchařek. Vypravuje o kultuře a tradicích stolování na Kavkazu. Praktická část vysvětluje, jak jsem na tento nápad přišla, obsahuje popis postupu práce v různých fázích, popis projektu a finálním výsledku. This diploma thesis presents graphic design of the cookbook, containing illustrations and photography. The cookbook is based on personal recipes of traditional food. The theoretical part deals with the history of cooking, history of cookbook. In addition to that, it tells about the culture and traditions of serving. The practical part explains, how I got the Idea of creating the cookbook, it contains a step by step description of the work, the project and the result. |
