dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou motivačního systému společnosti Linaset a.s. Hlavním cílem práce je vyhodnocení aktuální úrovně systému a zpracování návrhů na řešení problematiky. První část bakalářské práce je tvořena základními teoretickými poznatky, mezi které patří motivace, stimulace, motivační teorie, řízení lidských zdrojů a odměňování pracovníků. V druhé - praktické části práce jsou zaznamenány základní informace týkající se společnosti a detailní popis motivačního systému. Součástí analýzy je dotazníkové šetření, které bude v rámci této části vyhodnoceno a na základě výsledků šetření budou zhotoveny návrhy na zlepšení motivačního programu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with analysis of the motivaton system in company Linaset a.s. The main aim of the work is to evaluate the current level of motivation system and process proposals for solving the problem. The first part of the bachelor thesis consists of basic theoretical knowledge, which includes motivation, stimulation, motivational theory, human resource management and employee remuneration. In the second - practical part of the work, basic information about the company and a detailed description of the motivation system are written down. Part of the analysis is a questionnaire survey, which will be evaluated in this part and based on the results of the survey will be made proposals to improve the motivation program.
