dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem projektu zřízení ambulance algeziologie v nemocnici TGM Hodonín. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části a je členěna celkem do dvanácti kapitol. Teoretická část je zaměřena na legislativní podmínky při poskytování služeb v oblasti zdravotnictví, specifika marketingu ve zdravotnictví, marketingové analýzy. Praktická část se skládá z analýzy existujících podmínek pro založení pracoviště léčby bolesti a z projektové části. Analytická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku nemocnice TGM Hodonín, její marketingovou analýzu pomocí PEST a SWOT analýzy. Projektová část se zabývá rozšířením služeb v oblasti algeziologie, nákladovou analýzou, dále časovou analýzou a analýzou rizik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the project of the establishment of pain ambulance in the city Hodonín.The work consists of theoretical and practical part and is divided into a total of twelve chapters. The theoretical part is focused on legislative conditions in the provision of services in the area health care, specifics of marketing in health care, marketing analysis. The practical part consists on an analysis of existing conditions for the establishment of a treatment workplace pain and project part. The analytical part is focused on the characteristics of the TGM Hodonín hospital, its marketing analysis using PEST and SWOT analysis. The project part deals with the extension of services in the field of algesiology, cost analysis, as well time analysis and risk analysis
