dc.description.abstract	Hlavním cíle diplomové práce je vytvořit projekt na úpravu stávajícího kalkulačního systému ve vybrané společnosti. První část práce je teoretická literární rešerše, ze které vycházejí poznatky pro analytickou i projektovou část. V teoretické rovině je zpracováno postavení a funkce manažerského účetnictví, pojetí a členění nákladů a na závěr jsou popsány kalkulační metody a jejich využití v podniku. Podkladovou části pro samotný projekt je podrobná analýza nákladů a stávajícího kalkulačního systému, která poskytuje relevantní informace pro odhalení nedostatků systému. Projektová část navrhuje změny kalkulačního systému, vedoucí ke zpřesnění kalkulace nákladů a využití pro stanovení prodejní ceny.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main goal of the diploma thesis is to create a project to modify the existing calculation system in a selected company. The first part of the work is a theoretical literature review, which is the basis of knowledge for the analytical and project part. At the theoretical level is processed status and functions of management accounting, the concept and breakdown of costs and at the end, they are described the calculation methods and their use in the company. The background part for the project itself is a detailed analysis of the costs and the current calculation system, which provides relevant information for revealing of short-comings in the system. The project part proposes changes to the calculation system, which leads to a more precise calculation of costs and use for determining the selling price.
