dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh změny layoutu ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem projektu bylo navrhnout nové uspořádání layoutu za účelem zkrácení materiálových toků a četnost manipulace s materiálem. Pro získání a vyhodnocení dat byly využity analytické nástroje a metody průmyslového inženýrství, které jsou popsány v teoretické části formou literární rešerše, ale také nestandardizované rozhovory a dotazování. V úvodu praktické části je představena vybraná společnost a následně provedena analýza současného stavu. Na základě provedené analýzy je v projektové části práce navržen nový layout s ohledem na zkrácení materiálových toků. V závěru práce je pak provedena analýza nového stavu a vyhodnocení projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis focuses on the design of layout changes in a selected company. The aim of the project was to design a new layout in order to shorten material flows and the frequency of material handling. Analytical tools and methods of industrial engineering were used to obtain and evaluate data, which are described in the theoretical part in the form of a literature search, but also nonstandardized interviews and surveys. In the introduction to the practical part, a selected company is introduced and then an analysis of the current situation is performed. Based on the performed analysis, a new layout is proposed in the project part of the work with regard to the shortening of material flows. At the end of the work, an analysis of the new state and evaluation of the project is performed.
