dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním podnikatelského plánu na téma založení nové firmy v oblasti výcviku loveckých psů. Teoretická část práce byla zpracována po-mocí literární rešerše na téma podnikatelský plán, formy podnikání v České republice, zdroje financování a byly nastíněny analytické metody. Poznatky z teoretické části práce slouží jako zdroj dat pro zpracování analytické a praktické části diplomové práce. V rámci praktické části byly uvedeny základní organizace související s loveckou kynologií. Poté byly v analytické části zpracovány SWOT a PEST analýzy i analýza konkurence a financí. Po zhodnocení analytické části byly v rámci projektové části formou dotazníkového šetření osloveni potenciální zákazníci a závěrem byl vytvořen samotný podnikatelský plán.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis aims at the elaboration of a business plan on the topic of establishing a new company in the field of hunting dog training. For the theoretical part of the work there was used literature search on the topic of business plan, forms of business in the Czech Republic, sources of financing and analytical methods were also outlined. Findings from the theoretical part of the work serves as a source of data for processing the analytical and practical part of the thesis. The practical part listed the basic organizations related to hunting cynology. Then, in the analytical part, SWOT and PEST analyzes as well as com-petition analysis and financial analysis were processed. After the evaluation of the analytical part, potential customers were addressed in the form of a questionnaire survey, and in the end the business plan itself was created.
