dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zpracování projektu modifikace kalkulačního systému vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část zahrnuje rozbor literárních pramenů, které se vztahují na oblast řízení nákladů a kalkulací. Literární rešerše slouží jako podklad pro vypracování praktické části diplomové práce, která se zaměřuje na představení společnosti, analýzu nákladů a analýzu současného kalkulačního systému. Podle zjištěných nedostatků je navrženo projektové řešení. Na závěr je zpracováno ekonomické zhodnocení projektu a vyhodnocení jeho rizik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis focuses on the elaboration of the project of costing systém modification in the selected company. The theoretical part contains analysis of literary sources which are related to cost management and calculations. Literary research serves as a basis for the elaboration of the practical part of the diploma thesis which focuses on the introduction of the company, cost analysis and analysis of the current calculation system. Based on identified failures the project solution is suggested. At the conclusion the economic evaluation and its risks are evaluated.
