Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním jedné z možných variant na využití odpadního tepla u sušáren písku SCH 5 v ZPS - SLÉVÁRNA, a.s., Zlín. V této variantě je navrženo využití odpadního tepla na předehřev vzduchu směřující do ohřívací komory. V práci je uveden rozbor sušicího procesu včetně bilančních výpočtů, návrh řešení s příslušnými výpočty, se zahrnutím možných energetických úspor, způsob řízení sušáren SCH 5, používané v současnosti a možnost vizualizace tohoto řízení pomocí Control Webu. Dále je v práci uvedeno možné technické řešení a s ním spojené jeho ekonomické hodnocení. |

The diploma work deals with one of possible variants on heat recovery related to the sand-drier SCH 5 in ZPS - SLÉVÁRNA, a.s. Zlín. The heat recovery applied on air entering the heating chamber is designed in this variant. The work consists of analysis of drying process including balance calculations, design with relevant calculations, including possible power savings, the way of control of drier SCH 5, used at present and possibility of visualization of the control system by means of Control Web programme. Further, possible technical solution and its economic evaluation are stated in the work, too. |
