dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Návrh systému řízení BOZP na vybraných pracovištích elektrodílny. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část je věnována poznatkům z literárních zdrojů, které se týkají obecně bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. V praktické části je představena vybraná společnost a konkrétní pracoviště elektrodílny. Na tato pracoviště je aplikována metoda analýzy rizik s cílem zjištění aktuálního stavu a následného vyhodnocení a vytvoření opatření rizik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor´s thesis is focused on safety management system Occupational safety and health at selected workplaces. This report is separated into two parts. The theoretical part is devoted to knowledge from literary sources, which relating to safety and health at work in general. The practical part presents a selected company and a specific workplasce of the electrical workshop. The method of risk analysis is applied to these workplaces with target to determine the current state and following evaluation of risk management.
