dc.description.abstract	Práce je věnována problematice ochrany obyvatelstva na municipální úrovni, konkrétně na území správního obvodu obce s rozšířenou působností Náchod. Teoretická část práce se věnuje mechanismům ochrany obyvatelstva na mezinárodní úrovni a zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany obyvatelstva na území České republiky. Praktická část práce pojednává o personálním zajištění základních složek Integrovaného záchranného systému, podmínkách přijetí hasičů, policistů a zdravotnického personálu a dislokaci složek ve správním území. V závěrečné čísti práce je uvedeno dotazníkové šetření, jak se na tuto problematiku dívají samotní občané.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is devoted to the issue of population protection at the municipal level, specifically in the administrative district of the municipality with extended powers Náchod. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the mechanisms of population protection at the international level and ensuring the safety and protection of the Czech Republic citizens. The practical part of the thesis deals with recruitment of people for the basic units of the Integrated Rescue System, the conditions for employment of firefighters, police officers and medical personnel and also the deployment of components in the administrative area. At the final part of the thesis, a questionnaire survey is presented, how citizens themselves view this issue.
