dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem teroristického útoku na vybraný objekt kritické infrastruktury. Teoretická část práce obsahuje kapitoly s tématy terorismus, kritická infrastruktura, energetický terorismus a jeho dopady na Evropskou unii a Českou republiku a úvod do problematiky plynárenství v České republice. Praktická část práce je vypracována jako případová studie. Ta obsahuje kapitolu, ve které je představena společnost Moravské naftové doly a. s. a popis plynárenského areálu Uhřice. Na tento areál je vypracována mul-tikriteriální analýza rizik pomocí softwaru RISKAN. Následně je vybráno riziko teroristického útoku na tento provoz. Pomocí softwarových nástrojů TerEx a ALOHA je nasimulovaný teroristický útok na plynovod v areálu plynárenského areálu Uhřice. Získané výsledky jsou mezi sebou porovnány a jsou navržena opatření pro zlepšení aktuální situace v plynárenském provozu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of a terrorist attack on a selected object of the critical infrastructure. In the theoretical part of the thesis chapters regarding terrorism, critical infrastructure, energy terrorism and its impact on the European Union and the Czech republic and a theoretical part regarding the gas industry in the Czech republic can be found. The practical part of the work contains a case study. It includes cha-pter of an introduction of Moravian Oil Mines and a description of the Uhřice gas complex. A multi-criteria risk analysis is elaborated for this area by using RISKAN software. Sub-sequently, the risk of a terrorist attack on this operation is selected. By using software tools TerEx and ALOHA, a terrorist attack on a gas pipeline in the area of the Uhřice gas complex is simulated. The obtained results are compared with each other and measures are proposed to improve the current situation in the gas operation.
