dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na protipovodňová opatření ve městě Hranice. Na základě terénního průzkumu daného území, sběru informací a konzultací zjištěných údajů s referentem krizového řízení města Hranice,který popisuje již vybudovaná protipovodňová opatření na řece Bečvě. Teoretická část se zabývá legislativou zaměřující se na povodně a věnuje se popisu povodňové problematiky. Praktická část je zaměřena na řešené území, kdy je pomocí SWOT analýzy posouzen nynější stav protipovodňových opatření. Výsledkem práce je návrh nových opatření ke zlepšení zjištěného stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis is focused on flood control measures in the town of Hranice. On the base of field research of the area, collecting of information and consultating of thisinformation with the crisis management officer of the town of Hranice, it describes the already built existing flood control measures on the river Bečva. The theoretical part describes the legislation focusing on floods and describes flood issues. The practical part is focused on the studied area, where the current state of flood control measures is assessed using the SWOT analysis. The results of the work propose new measures for improvement.
