dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečnostní politiky obce s rozšířenou působností Vrchlabí. Teoretická část se zaměřuje z obecného hlediska na bezpečnostní politiku. Jsou popsány pojmy jako bezpečnost, bezpečnostní politika a dále bezpečnost na úrovni EU, ČR a obce. V praktické části je charakterizováno vybrané území a jeho bezpečnostní politika území. V závěru praktické části jsou vypsány hrozby pro ORP Vrchlabí a navrhovaná opatření k jejich eliminaci.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of security policy of the municipality with extended competence of Vrchlabí. The theoretical part focuses on security policy in general. Concepts such as security, security policy and security at the level of the EU, the Czech Republic and the municipality are described. The practical part is characterized by the selected territory and its security policy of the territory. At the end of the practical part are of the territory threats to the municipality with extended competence of Vrchlabí and the proposed measures to eliminate them.
