dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá racionalizací skladu ve společnosti Meopta-optika, s.r.o. Hlavním cílem bylo zmenšení tohoto skladu a tím uvolnění místa na výrobní hale pro expanzi výroby. V teoretické části diplomové práce byla zpracována literární rešerše na témata průmyslové inženýství a logistika se zaměřením se na skladové hospodářství. V praktické části byla nejprve představena společnost a pomocí různých metod průmyslového inženýrství analyzováno prostředí, kterého se týká hlavní cíl projektu. Bylo vypracováno několik variant řešení a pomocí hodnotích metod vybráno to nejlepší. Implementace tohoto řešení byla zpracována do projektové podoby. Zakončením této práce je stručné shrnutí přínosů projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on the reorganization and racionalization of the warehouse of the Meopta s.r.o. company. The main goal was to reduce the overal size of the warehouse, therefore creating more space for expansion of the production. Theoretical part of the thesis consists of literary research of industrial engeneering and logistics of the warehouse management. The practical part of the thesis includes introduction of the company itself. It´s enviroment was then analyzed through various methods of industrial engeneering. Several options for solution were proposed and afterwards the best one was selected, using analytical methods. The implementation of this solution was realized as a project. The end of this thesis contains a conclusion and a brief summary of the resuls.
