Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou měření výkonnosti podniků a návrhu vhodného výkonnostního měřítka. V první části podává přehled o tradičních a moderních ukazatelích výkonnosti. Charakteristika společnosti, popis dosavadního způsobu měření podnikové výkonnosti a výběr vhodného výkonnostního měřítka je obsažen ve druhé části. V závěru této práce je uvedeno využití vybraného ukazatele k měření výkonnosti společnosti Zálesí, a.s. |
