Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou vzdelávacieho systému spoločnosti ZF GROUP - TRW Automotive s.r.o., konkrétnejšie závodu v Novom Meste nad Váhom. V teoretickej časti sú spracované poznatky o problematike firemného vzdelávania, pomocou literárnej rešerše. V praktickej časti sú popísané typy vzdelávacích aktivít a proces ich organizácie v spoločnosti. Hlavným cieľom práce je odhaliť nedostatky vzdelávacieho systému spoločnosti a príležitosti pre jeho zlepšenie. K dosiahnutiu tohto cieľa boli využité metódy pozorovania a evaluácie vzdelávacích aktivít a ústnych ankiet s kľúčovými zamestnancami v oblasti vzdelávania. Na základe získaných poznatkov sú navrhnuté možné zlepšenia aktuálneho stavu. |

This bachelor thesis deals with an educational system analysis of company ZF GROUP - TRW Automotive s.r.o, more specifically of a plant located in Nové Mesto and Váhom. Knowledge about the issue of corporate education is compiled within the theoretical part, through literary research. Within the practical part there are described types of educational activities and process of their organisation in company. The main objective of the thesis is to detect insufficiency of an educational system and opportunities for its improvement. To achieve this objective there are used methods of observation and evaluation of an educational system and verbal surveys with key employees in the field of education. Based on the acquired information, possible improvements to the current situation are suggested. |
