Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zásobami ve společnosti Makro Cash & Carry Zlín, Malenovice. Cílem práce je provést analýzu současného stavu řízení zásob a navrhnout možnosti, které by vedly ke snížení množství likvidovaných zásob. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na význam zásob, jejich členění, pořízení, vyskladnění a řízení. V praktické části je představena vybraná společnost, postupy účtování zásob, objednávání, skladování, likvidace a alternativní možnosti využití rizikových zásob. |

The thesis deals with inventories in the company Makro Cash & Carry Zlín, Malenovice. The aim of the thesis is to analyse current status of the inventory management and to make proposals which would lead to a reduction in the number of liquidated inventories. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the importance of inventories, their division, acquisition, unloading and management. The practical part introduces the selected company, inventory accounting procedures, ordering, storage, liquidation and alternative options for the use of risky inventories. |
