Bakalářská práce s názvem "Analýza nákladů a úprava cenové kalkulace vybraných výrobků v potravinářském podniku" se orientuje na analýzu nákladů a cenové kalkulace. Na základě analýzy cenové kalkulace bude tato kalkulace použita podnikem pro praktické využití. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí - z teoretické a praktické části. Celá teoretická část této práce je zpracováním literárních zdrojů. Teoretickou část tvoří náklady a jejich členění, kalkulace, ceny a jejich tvorba. Praktická část je zaměřena na vybraný potravinářský podnik. V úvodu jsou základní informace o firmě, její historie, organizační struktura a produkty. Náklady a cenová kalkulace jsou analyzovány v další části této práce. V závěru praktické části je návrh na zlepšení řízení nákladů a úpravy cenové kalkulace vybraných výrobků. |

This bacelor thesis with the title "Cost Analysis and Adjustment of the Price Calculation of the Selected Products in a Food Company" is focused on cost analysis and price calculation. Based on the analysis of the price calculation, this calculation will be used by the company for the practical use. The bacelor thesis consists of two parts - theoretical part and practical part. The whole theoretical part of this bacelor thesis is the processing of literary sources. The theoretical part consists of costs and their classification, calculation, prices and their creation. The practical part is focused on a selected food company. The introduction contains basic information about the company, its history, organizational structure and products. Costs and price calculation are analyzed in the next part of this work. At the end of the practical part is a proposal how to improve cost management and adjust the price calculation of selected products. |
