dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku týkající se evakuace obyvatelstva a plánování plošné evakuace v obci Buk, v případě vzniku ohrožení vyžadující takové opatření. Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl identifikovat a analyzovat potenciální rizika hrozící v obci Buk. Práce obsahuje teoretickou i praktickou část. V rámci analýzy rizik bude využita metoda Matice rizik a PNH metoda, na základě jejichž výsledků bude vytvořen vzorový evakuační plán obce Buk.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis is focused on the issue related to evacuation of the population and area evacuation planning in Buk village in case in which are these precautions needed. The objective of this Bachelor thesis is to identify and analyze potential risks that could threaten in the village of Buk. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. Within the part of analysis of risks will be used matrix of risks method and PNH method and based of the results will be created model of evacuation plan for the village.
