dc.description.abstract	Předmětem diplomové práce je hodnocení investičního záměru rozšíření skladovacích kapacit ve společnosti ACARA Praha s.r.o. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část práce obsahuje teoretická východiska pro naplánování investice, charakteristiku investic a investičních rizik, dále jsou popsány finanční ukazatele a metody hodnocení investic. Praktická část je rozdělena na analytickou a projektovou. V analytické části je provedena situační analýza společnosti vedoucí ke zjištění informací o jejím výchozím stavu, které jsou potřebné pro investiční projekt. Projektová část je stěžejní pro tuto práci. Na základě průniku poznatků z teoretické a analytické části byla vytvořena projektová část, obsahující seznámení s navrhovaným projektem, finančním plánem a zhodnocením projektu vybranými metodami. Projektová část je zakončena rizikovou analýzou a doporučením společnosti na základě získaných výsledků.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of the thesis is an evaluation of the investment plan for an expansion of storage capacities in the company of ACARA Praha s.r.o. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis contains theoretical basis for planning the investment, characteristics of investments and investment risks, financial indicators as well as methods of evaluating investments have also been described and included. The practical part is divided into analytical and project part. In the analytical part, a situational analysis of the company is carried out to find out the information about its initial status that is needed for the investment project. The project part is crucial for this diploma thesis. Based on the intersection of knowledge from the theoretical and analytical part, the project part was created, containing an introduction to the proposed project, financial plan and evaluation of the project by selected methods. The project part concludes with risk analysis and company recommendation based on the obtained results.
