Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracovat projekt využití nástrojů controllingu ve vybrané společnosti. V rámci řešení byla použita situační analýza, která zahrnuje například analýzu odběratelů, dodavatelů, konkurence nebo ekonomickou analýzu, a analýzy současného stavu controllingu. Na základě těchto analýz došlo k vymezení projektových příležitostí, které byly dále rozpracovány. Navržené řešení obsahuje doporučení na zavedení pozice controllera, zdokonalení systému řízení nákladů včetně rozdělení nákladů dle kapacitního členění a návrh na zlepšení operativního plánování se sledováním odchylek. Tyto doporučení mají přispět k lepšímu řízení nákladů a plánování ve společnosti. Projekt obsahuje také zavedení controllingového reportingu, který zabezpečí poskytování informací o dosažených výsledcích. Přínosem této práce je tedy celkové zefektivnění řízení podniku. |

The aim of this diploma thesis is to develop a project for the use of controlling tools in a selected company. In this process was used situational analysis, which includes, for example, analysis of customers, suppliers, competitors or economic analysis, and analysis of the current state of controlling. Based on these analyzes, project opportunities were defined and further developed. The proposed solution contains recommendations for the introduction of the position of the controller, improvement of the cost management system, including the distribution of costs according to capacity breakdown, and a proposal for improving operational planning with monitoring of deviations. These recommendations are intended to contribute to better cost management and planning process in the company. The project also includes the introduction of controlling reporting, which will ensure the provision of information on the results achieved. The benefit of this diploma is the overall streamlining of business management. |
