Diplomová práce je zaměřena na controlling, a to konkrétně na reporting, který se řadí mezi jeho základní funkce. Problematika reportingu je v této práci řešena ve stavební společnosti XY a.s., která je na trhu teprve od poloviny roku 2016. Stav provádění reportingu, a obecně controllingu vůbec, odpovídá velmi krátkému působení společnosti. Podstatou projektu jsou tedy měsíční reporty. Je tu řešen jak obsah těchto reportů, tak jejich forma. Primárním účelem zde bylo zainteresovat modul RSV - Řízení stavební výroby do tvorby reportů, a tím částečně upustit od využívání softwaru Microsoft Excel. V závěru projektu je navržen nový měsíční report, který obsahuje i nově sledované ukazatele a je kombinací modulu RSV a softwaru Microsoft Excel. |

The diploma thesis is focused on controlling, specifically on reporting, which is one of its basic functions.
